Shipping Options

Free Ground Shipping

Receive Free Ground Shipping on orders. Free Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.

Shipping Options within the 48 States

Free Shipping on all domestic orders no minimums. There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 states. We do not offer Two Day or Next Day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military bases and Canada.

*Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST. If the order is placed before 5:00pm EST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 5:00pm EST then add one additional day.
* We cannot guarantee delivery dates will be met for expedited shipping methods on clearance merchandise because clearance merchandise is in very limited supply and it may take additional days to process and ship.

Where We Ship

United States (48 contiguous States)

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is Free for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via USPS. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7 business days.

US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam Customers

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Military/Air Force Base Customers

The cost for shipping is $14.95 per order. Your order will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Canadian Customers

The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship from our facilities via Federal Express International or United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Also, please note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your City Distro invoice.

Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

There are three easy ways to track your order:

• Log in to My Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you’d like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the tracking number.

Delivering Your Package

• We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
• Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
• Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
